Our promise: no result, full refund
You should never pay for a call that didn't get you anywhere. If we can't get a result, we refund 100% of the plan price, no forms, no hassle.
What counts as a result

Cancelling
Cancel any time before we make the call for a full refund. After a booking is confirmed, Book includes one free change or cancellation call.
What isn't refundable
Work that got you a result (for example, a booking you later decide not to use).
Fees charged by the business itself (deposits, cancellation fees, courier or shipping costs) are between you and the business. We always tell you about these before we book.
How refunds are paid
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@calljapan.jp. We refund the same day to your original payment method.
Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
If you're unhappy for another reason
Tell us. A person will read it and reply, and we'll put it right where we can.
