Each slip usually shows the courier's name, a tracking or slip number, the date they tried to deliver, a depot phone number and a date the parcel will be held until. It's all in Japanese, but a clear photo gives us everything we need.
Couriers only hold parcels for a limited time before returning them to the sender. Send us the slip as soon as you find it so there's time to rebook, and to try again if the first window doesn't work.
Couriers in Japan usually let you choose a morning, afternoon or evening window rather than an exact time. We'll offer you the windows they have and book the one that fits.
Some couriers have English online redelivery forms. If yours doesn't, the form won't accept your details, or you'd simply rather not deal with it, we call instead.
If there's no slip, the tracking hasn't moved for days, or the address is wrong, it usually takes several calls between the sender, the courier and sometimes customs. That's a Handle case, we stay on it until it's sorted.
Usually, yes. We ask which depot or post office is holding it, its opening hours and what ID to bring, and send you the address in Japanese.
Yes, that's a Handle case. Send us the tracking number and the sender's details. We call the Japanese courier, find where it is, and arrange delivery. Customs holds may need you to provide documents.
Some couriers allow redirection to a convenience store or depot, some don't. We ask whether yours does and arrange it if it's possible.
Send us a photo of the slip; we book a new delivery time.
We book a courier to collect from your door at a time that suits you.
We call the courier and the local depot until we know where it is.
We give the courier your correct address so the parcel still reaches you.
We find out what it costs and how long it takes before you send.
Message us in English on WhatsApp. We confirm the plan before you pay, and if there's no result, you get a full refund.
