How it works for trade shows and events

    Tell us the event, venue and dates, and what you need, one task or a list. We'll group tasks into the right plans.

    We call venues, contractors, couriers, hotels and restaurants in Japanese, before, during and after the show.

  3. 3

    You get updates and confirmations in English on WhatsApp, so your team can focus on the booth.

Good to know

Before the show

Confirm move-in and loading rules early

Venues and organizers set strict move-in windows, loading dock slots and vehicle rules. We confirm yours with the organizer's desk and pass the details to your courier and contractor.

Contractors, rentals and supplier meetings

We call booth contractors and rental companies for quotes, compare them, and book supplier or partner meetings around your schedule, with the address in Japanese for your taxi.

During the show

Last-minute fixes

A missing parcel, a broken monitor, extra chairs, a lunch order for the booth team, the small problems on show days usually need a quick Japanese call. Message us from the floor.

Group dinners and client entertainment

We find restaurants with private rooms near the venue or your hotel, check set courses and budgets, and book for your team or your clients.

After the show

Shipping back and follow-ups

We arrange courier pickups for booth materials, check customs paperwork with the forwarder, and follow up with Japanese suppliers you met at the show.

What we can't do

  • We don't negotiate contracts or prices on your behalf.
  • We don't staff booths, translate face to face or attend meetings.
  • We can't sign documents, pay invoices or give card details for you.
  • We don't book flights or new hotel rooms; we can call hotels about bookings you already have.
