Yes, that's exactly what we do. Send us the business name or link and what you need. We make the call in Japanese and send you a clear written answer, booking confirmation or update on WhatsApp.
Yes. Many travelers book restaurants, check onsen rules or arrange luggage weeks before they fly. All you need is WhatsApp.
One rule: if you just need to know something, it's Ask ($9). If something needs to be booked, arranged or held in your name (usually with a Japanese phone number), it's Book ($17). If it needs several calls, callbacks or businesses, it's Handle ($29). Not sure? Message us and we'll tell you before you pay.
Often the business asks for one. With Book and Handle, we give our Japanese phone number as the contact, take any callbacks and pass every message to you on WhatsApp.
You get a full refund. If we can't reach the business, can't get your answer or can't secure your booking, we refund 100% the same day. You never pay for trying.
We reply on WhatsApp usually within 15 minutes during service hours (9:00–20:00 JST, 7 days a week). Most calls are made the same day, but the business's own opening hours can affect timing; we'll tell you when we expect an answer.
Call 119 for an ambulance or fire, or 110 for the police, straight away, don't wait for us. Visitors can also call the Japan Visitor Hotline run by the Japan National Tourism Organization (050-3816-2787, 24 hours) for help in English.

Many onsen in Japan still restrict tattoos, but rules vary place by place. Some welcome everyone, some allow small tattoos under cover stickers, and some refuse any tattoo. Private baths (貸切風呂, kashikiri-buro) are usually the easiest option. Always check with the onsen before you go.

Exhibiting at a trade show in Japan means many small Japanese-language calls: the organizer, booth contractors, couriers, hotels, printers and restaurants. Start eight weeks out, confirm everything again in show week, and keep a local contact for problems during the show and follow-up afterward.
Tell us what you need in English, we'll handle the Japanese.
